Routeways is a member of the Victim Care Unit, as part of this service victims of crime who have multiple needs and live in Plymouth may be referred to our team by Victim Care Officers.

Victims of crime are entitled to support that helps them to cope with the immediate impact of crime and, as far as possible recover from its effects, to achieve this Routeways offers those over 18 years old;

* Face to face meetings to identify support needs (can be held at the Routeways office, in a community location or a home visit)

* Information and advice on services to meet needs, options explored and victims empowered to make informed choices

* On-going support – face to face, telephone, email or text

* Signposting and referral to specialist agencies
