Short Breaks go to Poole Farm!

This half-term saw our Short Breaks group out at Poole Farm for a day of farm animals, bridge building and adventure!

Routeways Short Breaks provides ‘short breaks’ for young people in Plymouth with special educational needs during school holidays.

Short Breaks is a direct access services. You don’t need a referral from your local authority to use the service. If you think your young person would benefit from being involved with our Short Breaks provision, contact routeways on 01752 300 700. or enquiries@routeways.org.uk
